What is form INC-20A?

INC-20A may be a mandatory form that’s to be filed by a corporation incorporated on or after 02/11/2018 with MCA. it’s also referred to as the Declaration of Commencement of Business. It should be filed by the administrators within 180 days from date of incorporation of a corporation that has a share capital. Once the corporate receives a certificate of incorporation, the administrators will file a declaration certificate of commencement of business. it’s mandatory to open an accounting during a bank for depositing the share capital subscribed in MOA by each and each promoter.
