Main Object Of COAL AND COKE
1. To carry on the business of mining for any element or substance including mining of coal and manufacture of all type of coals and cokes, petroleum coke, calcined coke and coal tar, anthracite coal and to take on lease or otherwise acquire, purchase, transfer, lease out or sell mines, mining rights and land or any interest therein and for this purpose to search for, prospect, explore, mines and quarries.
2. To carry on business as manufacturers, producers, processors, makers, convertors, importers, exporters, traders, buyers, sellers, retailers, wholesalers, suppliers, indenters, packers, movers, stockists agents, merchants, distributors, consignors, jobbers, brokers or otherwise deal in all or carry on development and research work, mineral fuels including coal, lignite, peat coke, pitch coke, kerosene, natural gas, petroleum coke, calcined coke and coal tar, their products and other byproducts as may be possible and utilise waste gases in industrial purposes.
